I seek to ensure that:-

1. The Company has established and is implementing, a strategy in line with the  Investor's interests.
2. The Company is operating to the benefit of its stakeholders and conforming to recommended standard of corporate governance.
3. The communications between the Company and its investors are clear and unambiguous.

    I seek to provide leadership at the Board level to ensure that :-

1. The Board functions effectively, setting strategy, monitoring governance and ensuring that communications with the stakeholders in the business are clear and understood..
2. The powers reserved for the Board and delegated to management are clear and unambiguous.
3. The Board monitors the performance of the management and that executive Directors understand their duties as Directors as distinct from their functional roles.
4. Management can benefit from my coaching and mentoring where I am qualified to do so.
5. The expertise and contact base of all the Directors is available to the Company.
